Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok is a public startup support hub operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Business Agency to help early-stage and growing companies develop and scale. It provides customized startup support together with ecosystem partners and is positioned as a platform for activating Seoul’s startup ecosystem and connecting founders with investors, corporates, and support organizations. Its services include resident office space for selected startups, acceleration programs, investment linkage, global expansion support, mentoring, business model consulting, IP consulting, and networking programs. The hub also operates specialized facilities and programs such as a productization support center, kitchen incubating functions, studio-based content and marketing education, event space rental, a hub library, and startup information services.
